Creating an Account in Med-U
- Go to the Med-U website at www.med-u.org and click on the red "Sign In" box at the top of the page:
- Click on the gray "Register" button:
- Click "OK" on the pop-up box to register as a student:
- Enter your individual information, and accept the user terms and conditions.
- You'll get a confirmation of your registration as well as an email.
- Click on the link in the email to finish registering your account.
- You'll see confirmation that you have been assigned to the course. Click the Login page link
